Grand Deluxe

For our largest and most spacious apartment, check out our 500 square foot Grand Deluxe. The Grand Deluxe room is an excellent choice for seniors who want a spacious living area with plenty of natural light. This floorplan still offers a one-bedroom with a living room/ dining room combination, however its much larger bedroom offers enough space for two cozy beds, a nightstand, two dressers and boasts two closets. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator along with ample cabinet space just off the living room area. Residents enjoy individually controlled heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The full bath is designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring. 

Our Grand Deluxe apartments are also equipped with SafelyYou AI video technology for fall risk mitigation and enhanced resident well-being.
