Standard

The Standard room is a great option for seniors who are looking for a comfortable living space with all the necessary amenities. Our standard layout is our smallest and coziest one-bedroom apartment at 352 square feet. While the Standard is more like a studio apartment, it does have a small divider wall separating the bedroom from the living/dining area. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator along with ample cabinet space just off the living room area. Residents also have access to one large closet. Residents enjoy individually controlled heating and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. The full bath is designed for safety and convenience, with features such as grab bars and non-slip flooring. 

Our Standard apartments are also equipped with SafelyYou AI video technology for fall risk mitigation and enhanced resident well-being. We are excited to offer this advanced technology and safety feature to our residents and their families at no charge. We are proud to set a new industry standard for senior care.
